I'm running the London Marathon tomorrow dressed as a giant duck! This critical life-saving service costs an average of £4000 each time it launches. Their mascot is the Parameduck - seemed like a good idea idea at the time to raise attention and money by running for five hours in this outfit 🦆🏃🏼♀️🚑🚁

It's lovely running weather! Crisp and scrunchy underfoot. Just need to layer up sensibly to persuade your body to take the first few steps. Headtorch and moonlit running 😍
