Good news, #ThoughtsInTheShadows Final chapter has been uploaded!

If you don't know, it is a #dystopian #novella, set in #Australia, featuring a #Non- binary, #Neurodivergent, #Disabled, main character. It's about one person's survival journey on the eve of World War 3.

Really enjoyed a relaxing day at the Adelaide Zoo today. Got to give them a 'scratch' while they munched on bamboo. We then just spent the next few hours relaxing at the zoo.

A rare chance to purchase my #sketches & #AcrylicPaintings for today only at the #SurfArtChristmasMarket at the Arts Centre, 44 Gawler Street, #PortNoarlunga. Today only 10am-4pm (Sunday 14th December).

All works have been inspired by local #beaches and animals from the #Adelaide & #Monarto #Zoos.
Framed sketches two are realism of a giraffe's head and a sunbear in graphite on white paper. The other two are modern abstract expressionism of a sunset over the sea and a pink emu in pastel on black paper. A modern abstract impressionist painting of acrylic on canvas, depicting a sunset at Whitton Bluff, Christies Beach in South Australia. The sky is a deep orange with gold tinged clouds similar to the colours of the cliff face at the bluff. A selection of different sized acrylic paintings on canvas depicting sunsets, clouds and the sea. An array of paintbrushes sit in front of the paintings as part of the display. The colours are deep blues, and oranges.

I went to buy some fabric for a personal project I'm working on and saw this 😍

It cost a bit more than the fabric I usually use for Fluffy Rainbow Thingy's, so I will only be making a limited run of "Fluffy #Unicorn Thingys".

Hope to have them available to purchase later in the year.

So I have started #writing a #fantasyfiction aimed at YA 14+ years. It's a magical school theme, but I aim to subvert a lot of the tropes and stereotypes, starting with a protagonist who is a young #Transgirl and a setting in Outback #Australia
