Your mom lied to you to protect you. My parents lied to me to be able to claim moral superiority. The sad thing was it just took some basic math as to when my sister was born and when they were married to figure out that they were lying. I really don't understand why they felt the need to lie.

First, the board didn't fire him. They simply upheld the termination which is what most boards do. Second, skin color isn't evidence of political affiliation. Gary Road Elementary uses corporal punishment. Yeah, real liberal.

The thinking was that rational consumers would use the free market to improve efficiency and reduce costs. That students would choose the best schools with the best outcomes, instead students chose easy schools with the best amenities and administrators who fold like Republicans at a gay resort.

Vouchers are based on Milton Friedman's now debunked assumption that consumers make rational decisions. They don't. They tried this experiment already with Uni's. They used to just give money to the school, but Conservatives changed that and tied the money to the student.
