The new 3-year agreements will make Housekeepers, Laundry attendants, & other hourly workers the first San Antonio hotel workers ever to make a minimum of $20/hour by May of 2026.

Room attendants, servers, bartenders, cooks, front desk agents, and other workers at the Hilton Madison won union recognition in August and are fighting for their first union contract with better wages and quality, affordable healthcare. 💪❤️🩹

According to the report released last week:

🏥 33% of surveyed workers said they or someone in their household have skipped medical services because they couldn’t afford it.

🍽️ 20% said they or someone in their household have skipped a meal due to not having enough money for food.
