B, I, & POC are often left out of consideration. Relating to city development is public transport which we must see as paramount, i believe Washington should implement a tax relief for things that can replace cars as peoples everyday commuter. Things like electric bikes, scooters, etc.

I discovered your mod after build42 was released and I think it's really cool. I hope you can update it to B42 as it seemed to be helping people with auditory issues a lot, and I think that's pretty awsome👍
