While the ships are or can be far from canon, I prefer to have at least the original components of the characters involved remain intact. It's what attracts me to the character as a whole, y'know? Don't make the tsundere lose that sharp edge! That sort of thing. Otherwise, it is an OC...

Most cases I am not partial to what order the ship is in. athere are some cases when I will br anal about it but Homestuck has taught me that characters are flexible with the right amount of delirium.

Others feel imbalanced through fans - the new dynamic loses the original personalities.

I've seen the grooming in art servers all the time! It's so FRUSTRATING that they think identity verification being a solution is going to help people! It's not!! It's more wacky internet monitoring! Everything sucks and I'm onto their nonsense!

It's bad enough that my friends have been dragged along with my constant internet handle changes. Now to drag them off of Discord due to the out-of-touch updates by someone likely exploiting the "concern for minors" (they don't give five fucks about kids; discord mods groom children) thing.

This is just a major pain in the ass for artists that aren't actively in the NSFW scene and are minding our own business. None of my personal servers are even labeled as NSFW but the fact that they will have some things being scanned outright is just malicious.

references. Most of the anatomy Tumblr accounts got nuked and computer-based scans for what is or isn't NSFW (I had a fish monster get tagged as NSFW and it was just a freakin simplified wobblegong!! ) is often incorrect.
