a few things:
(a) flagstaff didn't work out, the money didn't align.
(b) i haven't flown anywhere this year and i just checked prices and i won't be flying anywhere this year
(c) so much of my mental health shouldn't depend on having a vacation and yet
(d) how does anyone afford to relax

it sucks when you know you’ve made the right decision but it was the painful one that means that life in the near future is also going to suck just a little bit more
