CORRECTING MYTHS AND FEARS: An immigration “warrant” is not like a normal arrest warrant. Regular warrants are signed by judges. Immigration warrants are not. You should not let ICE into your home if they only have an immigration warrant.

This week another person freed from ICE detention - and now a lawful resident - came to meet his attorneys at our Community Advocacy Office in Las Vegas. Client confidentiality is important. But we wish we could show you the face of a man walking free after so long. It's not like other smiles.
