I am not a number, I am a free man.

Retired desert bloke riddled with the woke mind virus.
Or maybe Trump was the connection all along.

You've got to hide the hired help somewhere.

K-balls have changed the game.

A companion yacht is where the help stay so the oligarch doesn't have to see them.

Looks good! I've always started with Warren Zevon's recipe but the next time it'll be Drew's.

This approach only works with existing "district heating networks" which are non-existent in the USA. Providing warmth citywide is considered socialism and requires infrastructure spending.

Maybe read Barry Schwartz instead?

He has a second yacht that follows along so the help have somewhere to stay out of his sight.

It's been proven that the longer you stay in a store, the more you spend. IKEA rules at this.

The fact that Waymo has driven over 100 million miles, and this still hasn't been litigated is a testament to just how safe the technology is. The system is simply better than human drivers at avoiding accidents.
February 1, 2026 at 2:38 AM
In 2024 over 100 people were killed by human drivers every day. Why don't we talk about that instead?

I remember when microwave ovens and cell phones were demonized as dangerous because people didn't understand them. Someday you will wonder how you ever lived without driverless cars, and regret all the lives lost before they were invented.

Good luck getting to your plane in Denver. And stay out of elevators. The average uber driver scares me a lot more than a Waymo with lidar. Tesla's cameras are another story...

This. We have enough to worry about right now, there's no need to create more fear.

My apologies. Your entitlement seems justified.

Two ton cars need big engines.

It's pretty much the same deal in every state and country in the 'free' world. The corporations are bigger than the governments that could control them. (if they cared to)
