Hey I also went on and opened exam 1, I didn't really have it scheduled to open til the 23rd but I feel like a couple of y'all will go on and start it now while you have time. It's open book, no time limit, one attempt tho. Work independently!

I have been low key struggling with the timed release feature in canvas, so all your readings for the year should just be available to you now. Hope it's not confusing but you can see what week we are in by looking at announcements or the syllabus!

Reading about the gender gap in math scores, it makes me wonder if boys are more susceptible to influence than girls are (in these rich, white, suburban areas) due to more positive reinforcement. I grew up in a similar area. throughout childhood, little boys received much more positive (1/?)
