A year ago we hired a contrator to build us a new deck because the old one was rotten. Rather than replace the rotten frame, they just patched it. It was like walking on a sponge.
It's taken me a month, but I just finished replacing the crappy rotten "frame" with a nice solid new one.

I didn't like the Benny Hill version, so I made this.
