I guess I'm on this thing now.
Anyway, watch my films, listen to my music.

This is the most important issue facing the world in my lifetime.

I could buy the standard set, but I like having separate cases for each film and since someone pointed out that this isn't even a picture of Freddy, it's Robert Englund fucking around between shots wearing his own leather jacket, I cannot abide that artwork.
The cover of the standard NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 4K set. Robert Englund is in full Freddy gear, but wearing a leather jacket. You can see his bare skin in the gap between his sleeve and glove. It's not an proper promotional photo.

I can purchase Umbrella's super-mega-bastard editions of FREAKED and DOGMA for half the price of the NOES set.

... apart from TWILIGHT ZONE: THE MOVIE, which could also fall into my Spielberg section, so instead resides within the FSM section of the Goldsmith section.

Other Goldsmiths are in the Joe Dante section...

Most of my collection is arranged by composer, director or actor. For the latter two categories, they'll be in arranged in chronological order, for composers I'll arrange them by label. Those Intradas happen to be in label number order, but that's mainly due to boredom rather than any specific policy

I thought Jeffrey Tambor and Cathy Moriarty were good fun in the first sequel.

Getting desperate for space now, had to put JAWS in the Jerry Goldsmith section. I now have a sharp pain at the base of my skull.
A shelf full of Jerry Goldsmith CDs, John Williams' JAWS sitting on top, mocking me, tormenting my very soul

That said, I would buy a blu-ray without hesitation as it's one of the two Stuart Gordon films yet to get an HD upgrade. I can see Kino Lorber putting this out perhaps, though I doubt Disney will do anything with THE WONDERFUL ICE CREAM SUIT.

I watched it for the first time about six or seven years ago as I was working my way through his oeuvre. I remember precisely nothing about it.

I am torn between my desire to own that NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 4K boxset and the ability to purchase literally anything else next month.

NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD premiered in Pittsburgh on this day in 1968.
DVD, blu-ray, 4K and CD soundtrack of NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD. Two documentaries about the film (BIRTH OF THE LIVING DEAD and REFLECTIONS ON THE LIVING DEAD) on blu-ray, plus a making of book. I have more books on NOTLD in the attic, but I currently can't be arsed to go up and get them.
