Recently finished reading They Thought They Were Free, by Milton Mayer. It is a fascinating look at what “ordinary” Germans did or did not do in the lead up to WWII. There are so many parallels to our current situation.

I just finished reading “They Thought They Were Free.” The parallels to present day are blindingly obvious.
