I was privileged to attend the Holy Mass at the local Assyrian Church of the East today. The beautiful liturgy mostly sung and all in Aramaic, the language of Christ, was moving and mysterious. The Qurbana o Eucharist is levened bread and wine and they offer an open table like the Anglicans.

The pursuit of God takes us thtough different practices: prayers, rituals, meditation, breathwork. This is already a huge bonus, independently from the outcome of the pursuit in itself.
