Regardless of tenure type, the way parkland and infrastructure are funded in Ontario and the resulting billions of dollars in unspent municipal reserves is a major contributor to the ongoing housing crisis.

Amortize the cost $10,000/unit in a 25 year mortgage for a first time homebuyer, or any buyer for that matter, and we’re not so sure anyone is “winning”, not even the City!
