Then what would be the motivation to go to school? It certainly would not be just the love of learning. This idea ignores the biggest reason of grade inflation: the enormous pressures placed on educators to give higher than deserved grades. Start with that fact in solving the problem.

The system of three only works if all three do their part in checking the abuse of power of the others. Unfortunately, Republicans in the majority in the legislative branch have abdicated their role and that throws a HUGE monkey wrench into this process.

Well, it better. Congress has already rolled over and played dead. If SCOTUS has any instincts, they have to know their branch is next
