The updated RK-360L Neptune-D "Long Neptune" (Image 1) is about the same length of the standard R-360 Neptune (top of Image 2). The "update" is the bulges on the side for additional liquid fuel instead of having to increase the missile length as in the older version (bottom Image 2).

Video taken circa last night in Stary Oskol, Belgorod region, RF, showing a SAM from a moscovian Pantsir-S1 air defense system slamming into an apartment building. They had to have been casualties. It is also a good reference to see just how much damage an errant SAM can do.

You can see in the YouTube video (link above) that their strike UAVs have satellite communications onboard which allows them to operate deep behind enemy lines where they find fat targets like the Buk support vehicle.
