I've played both 1v1 60 card (only really kitchen table stuff tbf) and commander and feel this way about both. I just feel like I don't *get* magic but I want to!

This hasn't been true for me tho. I'm not new to the game - I've played it on and off casually with my friends for years, but just never really *got* it. And yes I've tried Arena but feel like it just makes this feeling worse
