Content design isn't just writing - 100% agree.
Just like being a good taxi driver isn't just about being able to drive. You need to know the city intimately, have good customer service, handle money, good time mgt etc etc.
But fundamentally, if you can't drive you can't be a taxi driver.

Edit them the way you want to present yourself. It’s not a material change to the point of the testimonial. Your pronouns have no bearing on the quality of work I know you do 🙂
