Miller is NOT a lawyer. He does not have have any right to advise on any aspect of the law. His degree is in Political Science. If any ICE agent has charges brought against them and they try to use Miller's words as a defense would most likely be laughed out of court.

One of the unannounced consequences of these sham investigations and prosecutions is the thousands of dollars the accused are having to spend defending themselves. I feel that is the goal of yhe Trump DOJ, not securing a conviction. And how much tax money is the DOJ spending for this BULLSHIT.
