Obviously the lack of improvement in results is damming. But even more important, he did not voice support for his own player who was racially abused this past weekend. When the opposing coach says the words instead, how can the players trust him going forward?

This is often unavoidable, as we are financially strapped and have to take the deals as they come. But my confidence in the board and specifically Allofs is at a low. We had huge turnover this summer, gave Thioune only so much time to herd this new group together, then got possibly the least...
