We would usually have three or four topics to choose from, like for a personal essay or an argumentative one etc etc. Usually two hours to write the draft and the third hour to write it again with better calligraphy, which was the one the teacher would correct. We were allowed to use dictionaries.

I think it depends on where you live. For example I've seen a lot of pics and videos of kids from the US using laptops in school, but here in Italy it has never been the norm when I was attending. We would always write them by hands, Italian tests would often consist of a three hour essay in class.

Same, I think it was towards the end of it. I remember managing to get the little crab that stays on your shoulder at least 😓 It's a cool thing that the spirits from that season came back recently, tho, I got to buy some stuff. Aurora was such a great season, I'm happy it was my first proper one :)

I rarely do shards lately so I guess I didn't have a reason to go there, but I'll make sure to check one of these days! I also think adding the worm permanently would be fun, image people going there for the first time without any warning and getting ambushed by this creature lol

suck at writing... It's a story whose concept I really like because it's a friendship that blooms from a gesture as simple as sharing fruits, thus it's dear to me and hope I can give it justice one day. I'd love to actually finish it and maybe make people read it as well.
