I like to use characters I've made for other scenarios in my EO playthroughs, like they're just on an adventure for the fun of it.

EOV was magical, the voices were so perfect for how I imagined they'd all act.

Even if it does, you can probably fix it nowadays. I just read about the nand chip issue, and if it's a save file issue, godmode9 or another tool should be able to do something.

Not a great EO so if you're an Etrian fan but not a Persona fan you're not gonna get much out of this. And god forbid you have to grind persona XP without the dlc exploit...

And if someone else bought an Etrian Odyssey hearing it's an RPG like that FFX one they loved, hoo boy learning curve ahead.

What I mean is, C33 got a fresh slate and repackaged good parts of a lot of the dev's favorite games, making for a much easier-to-get-into experience.
