If you want to hate on the Dodgers because of politics, boredom, dislike of LA in general, their flight from Brooklyn or because you're a Giants fan, go right ahead. But please- cool it with the "highest payroll" bs. There are no poor MLB teams or owners. Some teams try- most don't.

For the love of God, MLB app- please bring back local commercials. The last thing I need to hear on repeat are commercials for the app I'm listening to and a greatest hits of cliché post-game quotes. Give me a weird plumbing commercials or awkward charity reads. Please.

Hit a biannual card show that's put on in support of a high school baseball team. Its a really great event that allows me to spend hours digging, which I love. On average, all the cards on this thread cost me about twenty cents- the benefit of buying in bulk! Sort one is finished... by decade.

Last week I found a huge lot of mostly 2020-2023 Prizm, Mosaic, and Optic basketball and football cards on marketplace. Been sifting though them all week- nothing huge, but lots of good stuff. I'll post the finds on this thread. Definitely worth the $50 and nice drive into the country to get them!

A few of my favorite pickups from a brief stop at the Lloyd Center card show yesterday. Loved watching Sergio on the Blazers, and the Berlin Wall card had been on my want list for a long time.

Going through some cards this afternoon and I found the four Ohtanis I picked up at a show when he was likely at his nadir (winter 2021, post-TJ #1, hit below .200) even though three are Leaf, the combined $4 spent on these seemed like a screaming deal even then. Always go through bargain bins!
