Yes, the stars aligned properly! As far as a standard deck goes, still needs work, but I’m having fun.

It can happen even with people who have played for a long time. I ran this in a deck for months not understanding what it actually did, and no one challenged my interpretation. I thought it was like a faceless butcher. Nope!

I regularly tell/remind people what their cards do in games.

I keep buying pre 8th edition foils as justification for playing these types of deep cuts. One I have in two decks is Orim’s Thunder. More scary targets, more things it kills than ever.

Asked the 8 year old if she can keep a secret, she said she could. She kept telling Gabi she and I had a secret and was acting so suspicious I had to ask tonight. 😅

Reminder that this is more like a end of year gamepro magazine issue than an actual awards show, what kind of joke category is this?

Avatar already showed they have no problem printing textless versions of new cards, so textless versions of reprints should be on the table. This should be how this card shows in packs. These bonus sheets continue to be really awkward inclusions, I hope they can course correct soon.

This is the child’s Santa list.

Visions symbol was the card Triangle of War, Weatherlight was the card Thran Tome. Odd choice to be sure, basing a set symbol on one card that really has nothing to do with the set, but 🤷‍♂️

Looks very fun! When I get more wildcards I’m making more of this dude, he’s racking up damage in my decks with earth ending.

I’ve been going hard with these old interactions lately because they really give me the most enjoyment.

I’m big on airbending as a mechanic because I loved this card as removal too. Yes it’s the inverse of airbending, but it showed me why the concept is good.

Four color lessons, just fun times. Won my rounds, did some powerful things.

Already brewing up my White Elephant EDH deck for my stores event in December. Last time I built a very strong Jund list and it was the first picked deck. This time I want to not take an easy path.

This card never disappoints for me. It was on the board, I cast the harmonize snapcaster to cast evacuation, recast the spellslinger, then recast the snapcaster to storm lightning bolt off for 7 copies. (I realized later Temporal Spring was the better move)

Set up at the yard sale! Hoping we get a good turnout today since I had to buy tables for this lol

You don’t count bonus sheets as sets, yet you count three sets for Spider-Man? I don’t get it. Omenpaths is 1:1 spiderman, it isn’t new content. The eternal Spider-Man stuff is just welcome deck cards, it’s not a product you buy.

Yes you discard then draw but it’s basically anvil.

Not beating the aftermath allegations. Really think they could have tweaked these packs to avoid stuff like this.

This is the five you get when you google it, for the record
