I’ve got some ITBS going on. Marathon training is supposed to start on the 9th. Husband said I should do something called stretching before I run. 🤣Happened 10 years ago, got everything in order with foam roller, hand roller stick & massage gun. Last marathon for me. I’m on NIKE run club app.
