A dozen years ago, I undertook the task of writing a pair of haiku each day to remind me of the beauty in the world.
It's easy to be overwhelmed by the news.
So, I plan to try to do half of what I did in 2012.

As the sun waits to appear.
Fresh snow glows silver.
