kinda wonder if the league would've introduced this if a white nwsl player was fighting to get paid what they're worth, but then again this structure is not only harmful to players, it is much more harmful to the league itself. RAISE THE DAMN CAP OR RESTRUCTURE THIS DURING THE SEASON.
