Seen a crowd of them literally sitting outside of of the shops literally passing around WD40 and a carrier bag to then inhale. Shame :(

To be fair, there isn't really much in Cardiff to see anyway lol. I went and seen the Castle (if you can call it that, it's tiny!) last night, and then walked around the park. I'll give it its due, there are some very nice streets and buildings. Unfortunately also lots of homeless people.
