Add to that approx 200.000 alcohol-related deaths per year (2018)

Aren't you getting ready to test new ballistic missiles?
Novorossiysk sounds like a target rich environment.

Interesting ...

Russia is waging hybrid warfare on Europe, while the US government is waging hybrid warfare on its own citizens.

Go figure ...
December 17, 2025 at 7:20 PM
However, that doesn't seem to be the case ...
December 17, 2025 at 6:03 PM
And herein lies the rub ... if the West was dead serious on upholding international law and assisting Ukraine, that would be the full restoration of Ukraine's territorial integrity and national sovereignty.
December 17, 2025 at 6:03 PM
The question has never been what Russia would accept, but which price Ukraine and the collective West could impose upon Russia.

One of the principal architects behind "Project 2025" hiding in plain sight - tucked into the background committing evil deeds.
December 16, 2025 at 4:27 PM
Let's hope this devolves into a "He Said, She Said" quarrel.

If not, then the US administration has sold out Ukraine ... if we ever needed more convincing than what has already transpired.

Under IHL this would be called "The Ukraine Genocide Act" signed into law in Russia
December 16, 2025 at 4:11 PM
... and, of course, FDR didn't know about the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact at the time (it became known during the Nuremberg trials).

Some underhanded, shady deals between tRump & Putin might surface here as well ...
December 16, 2025 at 9:26 AM
Exactly what I meant by "other claims 😁"
December 16, 2025 at 9:17 AM
Filed in a Russian court, iow outside of its jurisdiction.
It might hand down an unenforceable, illegitimate verdict.
Who cares ...

If filed in an EU-court, it will have to waive some sovereignty, which will open Moscow up to counter-suits over seized European assets in Russia, plus other claims😁.

Ukraine stood for 40% of weapons innovation and production under the USSR.
December 15, 2025 at 8:13 PM
Just as Putin in 2002 stated that Ukraine's and Georgia's accession to NATO was a sovereign decision on their part?
December 14, 2025 at 5:02 PM
The most newsworthy about corruption in Ukraine are the relentless and concerted efforts made to root it out.

Not so in regards to the tRump-administration, who intentionally let it flourish and spread. It has become a feature rather than a bug.
December 14, 2025 at 3:09 AM
IMO only deluded tRump-fans believe these negotiations are anything but a waste of time and resources.
December 12, 2025 at 10:53 AM
So sorry, but the proposals are neither just nor sustainable.
December 12, 2025 at 9:27 AM
Complete BS from the Orange Buffoon as usual.

BTW, Russia has rejected several points of the previous pro-Russian proposal already, and also indicated that they had more demands gathering dust in the drawer, ready to be presented/included when Ukraine had agreed to the initial terms of surrender.

Timely words, General Hertling.
Thank you.

He sucks them in, masticates slowly and spits out the remains.
No one in his orbit will escape.

I see the first amendment is alive and thriving in the US.
December 11, 2025 at 9:09 AM
This was to be expected.
December 10, 2025 at 3:02 PM
Only the first is fully formed, the second only partially formed, and the last largely unformed ... and dwindling by the day.

On 7 December 2025, soldiers of the Benin Armed Forces led by Lieutenant Colonel Pascal Tigri announced the overthrow of Beninese president Patrice Talon over national television, following an attack on Talon's residence in Cotonou.

In and of themselves these cryptocurrencies undermine national treasuries and the international financial system.
