@octranspo.com help me understand how a bus route can be GPS tracked (by texting 560560) one minute but cancelled the next? This is the third time in a week that the 6:15am 98 to Hurdman has been cancelled without notice. You are leaving your customers out in the cold without warning.

@octranspo.com I, along with countless other commuters, have been waiting nearly an hour in the cold for the 98 Hawthorne. 2 of these busses in a row have been cancelled however other routes are running every 15 minutes without issue. This is unacceptable. Do better.
