I do take for granted how the Swedish system is just grades and the Swedish equivalent of the SAT and that's it for almost all university admissions. You just log into the admissions website, rank what programs you want and then you're done.

Depends on how you fund this. If you mandate that if you want to build a parking lot you have to do this, fine, I want less parking anyways. But if you try to prevent solar parks from being built in fields and have them build this instead you might be taxing solar to build parking infrastructure.

Building way more solar panels so that even winter days provide enough sun to power batteries that last the night is a cheaper solution. If you are going to use the power for heat in winter you can use heat batteries for seasonal storage which is a lot cheaper than batteries.

I'm Swedish and obviously our system is very different. But if the prime minister tried to order the national police force around, he'd be removed from office by the end of the day.
