Both of mine are super friendly, chill and sweet. They were adult rescues (brothers). They do have different personalities though. JR has poor impulse control and Big Feels, Liam just wants to snug and groom you.

I have two Tuxedo Terrors. Liam - the little guy - wouldn’t put up with that AT ALL. Luckily I can trim nails with him in my lap. Medicating him has been a challenge. Anyway, there was a whole getting used to the cat wrap process we did for JR, and it works! The terrors: imgur.com/a/kQBBPee

Also I got one of these for my giant thugly tuxedo boy. Recommended by vet techs, we use it for nail clipping and ear cleaning calmcozycat.com. He happily eats treats while bundled - but that’s his personality . Your girl cat might not be a fan tho.
