He shivered slightly, feeling her finger graze his newest scar.

"I told you. I'm hard to kill... and I held back during our hunt. Not to brag or anything."

He grinned at her and the moonlight caught on his teeth. Shining, just for a moment.

"Seriously, I'm okay. I'm just glad I didn't hurt you."

"You can just ask, you know. And sorry about grabbing your ass when I sat you down. I'd say it was a mistake... but that would be a lie."

He chuckled, his hands never stopped working. Massaging her feet, working out all the knots and tension.

J suddenly appeared, holding a chair. He quickly placed it behind her, gently but quickly placed her in it, then started rubbing her feet.

It was almost scary how quickly and smoothly he moved. Inhumanly so. It was a good thing J was still... J. So a total goofball.+

He was shaking like a leaf. The adrenaline had worn off by now, and all he had left was nervous energy.

"Yeah. It's me. I'm here."

J leaned forward and placed his head against hers. Then he slid off to the side, letting her get up.

"Are you okay? I didn't hurt you too bad, did I?"

J shrugged.

"Yeah, sure. I actually do like the cold, so it doesn't bother me. I naturally run hot, because of my unique physiology."

He stood up and wrapped an arm around the Yautja.

"Do you have any warm clothes? I could make you some, or just cuddle with you the entire time."
