On the 1st day of looking for mangrove tree crabs, I learned just how good at hiding their little butts could be.

Didn’t get to see any that day, but this weirdly bifurcated unexpected sunset was a pretty nice consolation prize.

I love mixed media too! Look at those emerald wings! Great texture, but don’t touch. :)

This reminded of back when I took my intro to 2D animation course, back in college. Not a visual artist, but I went a hard route. 😂 So much scanning and then having to digitally cut elements out.
