I intended to try a new stained glass technique on this window panel. Although the new method didn’t work out, I knew I could finish it with the old method as a backup plan. I’m pretty happy with the outcome, and think I’m getting better at soldering.

Reminiscing the charming tiny Finnish town of Käylä where we stayed on our trip. It seemed like an active community of retirees, and I told Mitch I’d like to retire there. They light this park, Käylänkoski, and parts of the town with 500 ice candles. I can only imagine how sweet of a sight would be.
