Most likely somebody replied then removed it either by deleting or blocking you and the site just hasn't refreshed the count properly yet. It happens a lot.

And their services are affordable for some. Affordable is a sliding scale. It matters whether they're worth what they charge, but clearly there are people who can afford their services and it's good someone is providing more than just prescriptions.

No, I didn't say you did, but the people pushing back against it absolutely did. A lot. They told people to never go to them because they're predatory and take advantage of trans people.

It does seem expensive, but that's not enough to assume it's predatory. It's generally good to provide options, so I'm not sure I see any good reasons to attack this especially. UK trans healthcare sucks, but the real fix is fixings the NHS. Until then things like this is better than nothing.

Not for profit doesn't mean it'll be cheap. You'd have to examine exactly what they provide and what that costs to have any kind of informed position on the cost. We can't just look at it being more expensive than Gender GP and decide it's a rip off for example which a lot of people seemed to do.

Bullshit. I signed up for their mailing list immediately and was pretty interested until they kept showing that we're not even just an afterthought, but they'll actively court people who want to ruin my life. Green are just better in every way and until they fix that, why should I bother?

That seems really fishy. I can believe that from a medical perspective there will be a cut-off where the benefits outweigh the risks, but as presented that seems way too "yeah, you should all take it as long as you're overweight and not pregnant" to be a nuanced medical opinion. 🤔

This is why I think Greens are the best left wing option available. YP are not and will not be ready to meet the moment any time soon. Greens are ready and have shown to not only be capable of being moved left, but have moved left quite significantly. Joining that movement is more productive.

There's already a party where not only the majority of people are pro trans, but the elected leader is very openly and proudly pro trans. To the point where it's more awkward to be a transphobe than a trans person there. YP is nowhere near that good on trans issues. Maybe one day, but not yet.
