In author's notes #EssieFox explains the weaving of fact and fiction in #Dangerous. Assiduous research and emotional resonance made this my top novel of 2025. Inner courtyard at the #Fortuny garden next to the factory on Guidecca #Venice. Built on the site of an ancient convent, it is the only factory still active in Venice. Visits for the public are by appointment.
