4. T-65B X-Wing starfighter. Quite easily the most iconic Star Wars ship of all time. It actually took me many years to get into this ship. Even now, I still prefer ships that provide living space. But as a pure starfighter? Absolutely amazing ship.

3. Venator-class Star Destroyer. Ever since I was a little kid, I adored the triangular shapes of the Imperial fleet, not knowing how bad the Empire was. Then comes this dagger shaped ship. And I was in love. It adopted the actual naval doctrine of projecting power with its ability to send fighters.

2. Alpha-3 Nimbus-class V-wing starfighter. Love this little thing. In different ways, it is a spiritual predecessor to both the TIE fighter and the X-wing.
