I admire the the "narco terrorists" had properly secured the drugs so that they did not fall out of the overturned boat. Also that the senator was able to see them through the bottom of the overturned boat.

I really don't consider people who are dependent on other people to be superior to people who are dependent upon government. It's kinda the same thing.
