So why, during this whole fiasco with Abrego Garcia being wrongfully deported, then the mess about it being a mistake and bringing him back, was there NO mention of him being wanted for being a part of a human smuggling ring? For NINE years allegedly. Does this sound fishy to anyone else?

Getting on my soapbox tonight about the HPV vaccine. My son in law, and my sister could have avoided their respective cancers with an HPV vaccine. Sometimes expensive and not covered by insurance. But SO worth it.

I'm not big into live Broadway stuff, but George Clooney's "Good Night...and Good Luck" might be worth the trip. Then again, I just booked a trip to Quebec City for the fall, so I can support Canadian tourism. Oh Canada....

How am I going to make it through the next 3.75 years? I hiked with my dogs 5 miles today, saw a beautiful waterfall, some deer. A pretty sunset tonight. But I feel helpless, and shocked at what America has become.

I contracted my services at a fraction of my cost because I felt the work was important. Musk/Trump eliminated my job. Victims of crime will no longer be able to access counseling services. It's a dark day in our country.

As I previously posted, it appears that my contract has been cancelled. I have provided counseling to victims of crime for over 15 years. It was supported by the county District Attorney and grants from VOCA. I will continue to see my current clients, as I feel it's important work.
