Food uninfluencing: I used Graza “Drizzle” olive oil to make a gremolata yesterday and it was so intensely harsh and bitter that it ruined the whole dish. Their Sizzle oil is fine (cool bottle; oil unremarkable) but I genuinely don’t get how Drizzle even made it to market. It’s repulsive.

today a relative told me the peanut noodle i whipped up the other day was delish but gave her a massive headache because "there was MSG in it." I was baffled bc there's no MSG in it? Now she's asking for the recipe but "without the MSG ingredient" so I have to come up with sth...
