Isn't it the inspiration for the Calendar Council's structure as we know it?

I do honestly enjoy the one gacha I play (Limbus Company), and play/support it for the sake of this one development team, but there are circumstances with it that make me do that - I don't really like gacha systems otherwise, and wouldn't spend a cent on any other.

Does a Dwarf Outcast taking their stuff to the Empire count as Empire or Dwarfs? Empire if yes, Dwarfs if no.
