The unnamed arbitrator should lose their job. Happy to read the ruling was emphatically overturned by a judge following the facts. Arbitrators are not lawyers and yet wield so much power. Unfortunately the tenant now has to pay court costs for an arbitrator’s negligence @christineboyle.bsky.social
