It does no such thing. I only prevents them from doing it legally. This government does not respect laws, regulations, the constitution, or court judgment. Trumpamagalon will do whatever it wants until it is FORCIBLY made unable to do so.

As I've said before, Trumpamagalon will KEEP DOING it and thumbing their nose at the law, until THEY ARE STOPPED and MADE UNABLE to do it.
