Job interview today. I want this job so badly. DESPERATELY. I think I effed up though. In my frustration, I bought a vegan Easter choco bunny and ordered a perfume sample for Le Labo's Thé Noir 29. I feel better now. Fingers crossed, I still get the job.🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

#Perfumesky friends, I was tricked! Hoodwinked! I thought I was getting a vanilla scent, but all I smell is jasmine. The Lattafa Angham type of jasmine, and I am utterly gutted.

I may have gone to Aldi's middle aisle & found a perfume that reminded me of another perfume.
Took me a good 12hrs to figure out what it reminded me of, and then I had it!
Le Labo's Another 13: clean, musky, ambry, woody with a bit of citrus.
Aldi's version is not a 100% dupe, but it has its DNA.

The cinnamon, clove, and cardamom combo in this one is LETHAL. I usually find it hard to like cardamom fragrances, but this one is gorgeous.

#sotd is a sample of Killian's Angel's Share cos I was told that the now discontinued Sava by Gissah is actually a dupe for AS?! What?! I compared them, & I have to say, yes, they are very similar, but Sava seems boozier. Both are yummy& we need this cinnamon-y, praline, cognac DNA more.

Milk Musk was almost my #sotd before I realised I only have a sample and not the travel size one. This is such a beautiful one from Molton Brown. The ambery-ness blended w/ some milk, vanilla, &musk makes me smile everytime. This is such a pretty girl perfume. I NEED A FULL BOTTLE STAT!

Milk Musk was almost my #sotd before I realised I only have a sample and not the travel size one. This is such a beautiful one from Molton Brown. The ambery-ness blended w/ some milk, vanilla, &musk makes me smile everytime. This is such a pretty girl perfume. I NEED A FULL BOTTLE STAT!

#sotd is this one from MFK, Gentle Fluidity Gold. There's a soft tartness to it that I really like. The sweetness from the juniper berries& caramel even each other out so well. This is the type of fragrance that forces me to actually behave like a damn lady. So demure, so mindful.
