The article isn’t clear, IMO. I did think on first read that the “expert” was referring to the screen shot of the person w/the tattoo, that it was AI. Maybe it’s me, my brain is fried from this 24/7 assault that is our government. This shouldn’t be this hard. 🤦🏼♀️
