If the administration terminates the social safety nets for the elderly and disabled (which is the direction they seem to be heading) you are going to see a dramatic uptick in those self euthanizing especially among those with chronic illnesses that will die slow horrible deaths.

I'm really getting worried about the country's future under musk / trump. While trump has a couple good ideas like a sovereign investment fund to bring in more money to the Treasury, I'm worried about musk very rapidly dismantling the government without any congressional votes on it or oversight.
