Raya is bright, curious and full of determination. Through a Variety grant, she receives weekly speech therapy. She's learning new sign language, and each word is expanding her world. “It’s such a blessing,” her mom Melody says. “I’m so thankful for Variety.”

Did you know Variety covers funding gaps in PharmaCare deductibles for continuous glucose monitors, insulin pumps, and some types of insulin?

So far in 2025, we’ve helped 89 kids with diabetes in 43 communities across BC, with more than $101,000 invested in essential supplies.

In BC, up to 70% of children and youth with disabilities are not receiving the critical support they need. Ender is one of those children, but thanks to donors like you, Variety has funded essential equipment throughout Ender's life.
