But I do have a question; what do you plan to do if the investigation does find that a member of ICE was responsible and the president pardons them or signs an executive order releasing them and U.S. Marshals intervene?

I just saw this on the news and an analyst said he could still be detained by ICE, the bail issue could still be brought to immigration court, (this was federal court you see) yadda yadda ya. They weren’t sugarcoating anything.
